Tariffs
Group tariffs are available for a minimum of ten passengers travelling either on foot, on a bus/coach
Reservations
Subject to availability, bookings will be confirmed by The Travel Gateway (TTG), representing the operator P&O Ferries, against reception by the Groups Department of a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount due.
Validity of tickets
Tickets are only valid for the crossings requested and cannot be transferred to other dates or used in the name of any other group.
Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount due will be required for the booking to be made. The remainder of the payment must be made no later than 42 days prior to the departure date. If the remainder of the payment is not made in due time, TTG reserve the right to cancel the reservation without compensation or refund. In all such cases, the deposit will be lost.
Cancellation and refund
A reservation is considered to have been confirmed upon reception of the relevant deposit. All cancellations, whether partial or total, or any modification (change of date, reduction in the number of persons travelling, etc.) will incur a fee. |

Boarding
Check-in time for Groups is no later than 60 minutes prior to departure.
Ticket Dispatch
Reference numbers will be confirmed to you on reservation and should be presented at check-in. All tickets will be ticket on departure (TOD).
Groups of Minors
In order to ensure permanent supervision of minors on board, all groups comprised of at least 10 persons less than 18 years of age will require the presence of an accompanying adult who will be responsible for the group during the crossing. On night crossings, all accompanying adults must remain with their group and have the same type of accommodation as the minors. We will require a refundable damage waiver fee of £50.00 for all school parties.
Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the organiser or the Group Leader to ensure that all members of his/her group carry valid travel documents (passports, visa, etc).
