Payment by debit or credit card over the phone is preferred (please note a 2% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments). In some cases it may be possible to arrange to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please ask for further details.
We can reserve space on the Ferry for your group once we have received the 25% deposit and if the space is available.
In certain circumstances we may be able to secure space that would otherwise not be available; this is not guaranteed, however our team will endeavour to meet your group’s requirements.
Making a group booking through AFerry Groups means that you will have the flexibility to make changes to passenger numbers as many times as you require however please be aware that ferry companies may apply cancellation fees for reducing the number of people on your booking. Any additions will be subject to availability at the time the change is made.
Simply contact us as soon as possible as there may be cancellation fees which vary between operators. Please contact us and our team will be able to advise you.
Most Operators will carry a Coach / Minibus and driver for free with a minimum number of passengers. This can vary between Operators so please contact our team and we will be able to advise you.
We can usually pre book meals for Coach Parties. We can provide you with a per person price with your initial quote upon request.
We can provide quotes for empty coaches on most routes. Simply contact us with your requirements at

For most operators you will receive a booking reference number to take with you to the port when you travel. This will be on the confirmation email which you receive from us once the booking has been made. Customers are advised to print this out and take it with them to the port.
Alternatively we will advise you if tickets are to be issued.
The minimum number of passengers to qualify as a group booking is 10.
Not all operators will allow this but our staff will be happy to look in to this for you, as long as the routes are with the same operator. Simply contact us on our dedicated AFerry Groups number.
All passengers will require a current passport when travelling on international routes.
British or Irish citizens travelling on the Irish Sea routes do not need a passport to travel to Britain or Ireland but are advised to take some form of identity. For example a driving licence, citizenship card or utility bill will usually be sufficient. A birth certificate will provide adequate proof of identity for your child to travel.
Other passport holders should check with the relevant embassy regarding passport, documents and visa requirements.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all those travelling have the correct documentation.
