You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way or make a booking.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Travel Gateway Ltd reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions relating to use of the Site from time to time without prior notice to Users. Continued use of the Site following any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

This site and the content provided, including the text and graphics is subject to copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of The Travel Gateway Ltd. You may however use content from this site for personal and non-commercial use.

The material contained within the Site is the property of The Travel Gateway Ltd or its affiliates unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name AFerry and any other marks, logos and graphics of The Travel Gateway Ltd displayed on the Site are registered trademarks of The Travel Gateway Ltd or its affiliates. Other company and product or service names displayed on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

You agree that you will not transmit or transfer any Web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, Web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site.

Site Use

You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that The Travel Gateway Ltd; deems to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits The Travel Gateway Ltd obtains from your use of the site.

You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the Web site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

The Travel Gateway Ltd does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time, any interruption in that access or the failure to complete any transaction. The Travel Gateway Ltd does not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses, bugs or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

The Travel Gateway Ltd provides general information on the Site for purposes of guidance only. Please note that The Travel Gateway Ltd may at any time change any aspect of the Site or its content, including the availability of operators, features, information, database or content. In particular, with respect to passports, visas, and vaccination requirements, The Travel Gateway Ltd does not guarantee that the information is always up to date and it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and comply with all relevant passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.

The Travel Gateway Ltd does not guarantee that the information on this Site (including without limitation prices, descriptions or dates) is free from errors or omissions but we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention.

User Information

You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or members of your Group shall be true and accurate.

The Site contains hyper links to external web sites owned and operated by third parties. The Travel Gateway Ltd has no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness and quality of the information contained within such third party sites. Any and all contents on such third party sites do not reflect products, services or information provided by The Travel Gateway Ltd. You should direct any concerns regarding external links to the site webmaster of such a site, unless the external link contains substantial errors; then please direct to mail@aferrygroups.com.

Tariffs

Group tariffs are available for a minimum of ten passengers travelling either on foot or in a bus / coach. Special prices may also be available for groups of 10 or more passengers travelling in their own vehicles. Please ask for further details.

Reservations

Subject to availability, bookings will be confirmed by The Travel Gateway (TTG), representing the ferry operator against reception by the Groups Department of a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount due.

Validity of tickets

Tickets are only valid for the crossings requested and cannot be transferred to other dates or used in the name of any other group.

Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount due will be required for the booking to be made. The remainder of the payment must be made usually no later than 42 days prior to the departure date. If the remainder of the payment is not made in due time, TTG reserve the right to cancel the reservation without compensation or refund. In all such cases, the deposit will be lost. Please note that in some cases, a deposit of more than 25% of the booking cost or balance payment 63 days prior to departure date, may be required. In such cases you will be informed prior to booking.

Cancellation and refund

A reservation is considered to have been confirmed upon reception of the relevant deposit. All cancellations, whether partial or total, or any modification (change of date, reduction in the number of persons travelling, etc.) will incur a fee.

Boarding

Check-in time for Groups varies by route but is generally no later than 90 minutes prior to departure. This may vary for some routes so please check when booking.

Ticket Dispatch

Reference numbers will be confirmed to you on reservation and should be presented at check-in. All tickets will be ticket on departure (TOD) unless otherwise stated.

Groups of Minors

In order to ensure permanent supervision of minors on board, all groups comprised of at least 10 persons less than 18 years of age will require the presence of an accompanying adult who will be responsible for the group during the crossing. On night crossings, all accompanying adults must remain with their group and have the same type of accommodation as the minors.

Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the organiser or the Group Leader to ensure that all members of his / her group carry valid travel documents (passports, visa, etc).

Liabilities

AFerry Groups is not liable if you miss your departure, misuse the terms of booking or overstay the travel period your booking allows. The full cost of the relevant booking will be chargeable.

AFerry Groups cannot accept liability for any interruptions or changes to your travel due to adverse weather conditions or tidal conditions or other circumstances. Customer services will attempt to notify you of any serious conditions that may affect your travel, but please check the travel conditions before departure.

AFerry Groups cannot accept liability for changes to the service including the use of alternate ships or the withdrawal of on-board facilities and services.

Please note that the ferry operators own terms and conditions apply to all group bookings in addition to our own terms and conditions. These are available on request.
